Approach

One scoped process, fixed price.

What we build runs on your own source, with the controls in it. We do not start with a quote but with a thirty-minute call. If we take it on, one page states what we are going to build. Only then do you sign.

How a block runs

Four steps, one block

From first call to handover. You are there at the start and at the handover; in between you only supply answers to questions.

1

Discovery call

Thirty minutes, free, no slides. Three questions: which work returns every period, who does it, and where the biggest irritation sits. At the end we say whether this is something to take on, or not.

There is no account manager. The call is directly with René or Jan.

2

Scope on one page

Before anything is built, one page lays out which process it is, which data goes in, what the solution does, what it does not do, and where the human decides. That page is at the same time the scope and the document you can show to your IT or to your client. Only when you sign that page do we start building. That is when the price is fixed.

3

Build

Build on your source instead of on an export. Chart of accounts, conventions and the exceptions that always exist. The process gets the controls in it: the reconciliation is part of the build, not something you have to run yourself afterwards. Where we use AI, that is stated on the one-pager and logged; the system proposes, you approve.

Test round on a closed period whose outcome is known. Differences are laid out side by side.

4

Handover

Two people in your team can run it; the documentation is there. At handover you get the test protocol per step and the process description. Maintenance is a separate, optional agreement.

AI in the approach

Where we use AI, and where not

AI sits under the hood where it makes the process faster and better. Nowhere is it the whole solution and nowhere is it invisible.

Yes

Interpretation and explanation

Naming differences and explaining them with the source. Interpreting free text from email, contract or bank into something that connects to a structured field.

Yes

Proposing

Suggesting a posting, assigning an exception to a person. The suggestion goes to a human who approves.

No

Deciding on its own

No entry, no email to your client, no filing without human approval. Not even when it looks “obvious”.

What it costs

Fixed price, no surprises

What it costs depends on the process. What is fixed is how we agree it: one amount, one delivery date, one KPI on the one-pager.

01

Fixed price, set up front. You know what you sign before you sign.

02

No cost-plus, no hourly rate. Extra work runs through a new, separately scoped block.

03

Test protocol per step. Tested against a closed period whose outcome you already know, before you sign off.

Start with a discovery call

Thirty minutes. You tell us which work returns every period. We say whether that is something we would take on, or not.
